How was business in 2012?

Despite the tough market conditions, it’s been another very busy year for us at Codelocks. Keyless access control is becoming more and more widespread, as people choose to replace the traditional lock and key with a more convenient method of access. As a result we are seeing an increase in demand for our digital keypad locks. As organisations look for more effective methods of access control, we also continue to see more and more people upgrade from single-code mechanical locks to the multi-code, multi-functionbest digital door lock  electronic locks.
Do you think this trend will continue?
Most definitely. Year on year the electronic capability of keyless entry locks becomes increasingly sophisticated. Compared to key operated locks, digital electronic locks offer so much more in terms of convenience and control. There are so many applications where our electronic coded locks can provide more manageable levels of access control, without the hassle of using keys. What functions do you see emerging in 2013?

We are really looking forward to the Locksmiths’ Exhibition this weekend, and we’re particularly excited about  keyless entry dlock running our training workshops (spaces are still available – so book now!)
The Locksmiths’ Exhibition is taking place at the East Midlands Conference Centre, Nottingham on 2nd and 3rd March.
